3. Custom Orders & User Content

3.1 Your Responsibility
When you upload or submit photos, text, or other materials (“User Content”), you are responsible for:

• selecting the correct images/files

• ensuring image quality (clear, not blurry, not heavily pixelated)

• ensuring content is appropriate and lawful

3.2 Rights & Permissions
By submitting User Content, you represent and warrant that you own the content or have permission to use it, and that it does not violate any copyright, trademark, privacy, or publicity rights.

3.3 License to Fulfill Your Order
You grant ProSurprise a limited, non-exclusive license to use your User Content only to produce and fulfill your order, provide support, and resolve quality issues (if any).

3.4 No Professional Editing Included
We may make minor adjustments (such as light cropping or positioning) to fit product layouts. We do not guarantee professional retouching or extensive edits unless explicitly offered.

3.5 Cropping & Aspect Ratio
Your photo may be cropped to fit the selected size/format. We are not responsible for outcomes related to the original photo composition or subject placement.

3.6 Screen vs. Print Differences
Colors, brightness, and contrast may vary from what you see on your screen due to device settings, lighting, resolution, and print materials. These differences are normal and do not qualify as defects.

3.7 Content Restrictions
We may refuse to produce orders that include unlawful, hateful, threatening, explicit, or otherwise inappropriate content, or content that violates third-party rights.

4. Orders, Pricing & Payments

4.1 Pricing
Prices are listed in U.S. dollars and may change without notice. We may correct pricing errors at any time, including after an order is placed.

4.2 Order Acceptance
Your order is not confirmed until payment is processed and the order is accepted by us. We may cancel or refuse any order at our discretion.

4.3 Payment Authorization
By submitting payment, you authorize us (and our payment processors) to charge the payment method provided for the total amount shown at checkout.

4.4 Promotions & Discount Codes
Promotions may be limited-time and subject to conditions. Unless stated otherwise:

• discount codes cannot be combined

• one code per order

• promotions may be modified or discontinued at any time

4.5 Taxes
Sales tax (if applicable) will be calculated at checkout based on your shipping address.

5. Shipping & Delivery

5.1 Processing Time
All products are custom-made. Production times are estimates and begin after payment is confirmed.

5.2 Shipping Estimates
Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, weather, holidays, or other events outside our control.

5.3 Address Accuracy
You are responsible for providing a complete and correct shipping address. We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer.

5.4 Returned to Sender / Undeliverable Packages
If a package is returned to us as undeliverable (for example, incorrect address, refused delivery, or failure to pick up), we may offer reshipment.
Reshipping fees may apply, and we are not responsible for carrier fees or delays.

5.5 Magnet-Friendly Surfaces
Magnets remind: some modern refrigerators have panels/coatings that do not attract magnets. This is not a product defect. Magnets still work on other magnet-friendly metal surfaces (e.g., microwaves, metal cabinets).

6. Returns & Refunds

6.1 Custom Orders Are Final Sale
Because items are personalized, custom products are final sale and generally not eligible for return or exchange.

6.2 Defects, Damage, or Our Error
If your order arrives with a manufacturing defect, damage, or an error on our part, contact us within 48 hours of delivery and include photos. We will review and, if confirmed, offer a replacement or refund at our discretion.

6.3 No Refunds for Photo/Preference Issues
We cannot offer refunds for issues related to:

• customer-selected photos

• design preference

• screen-to-print differences

• cropping outcomes due to format/size

6.4 Chargebacks & Disputes
If there is any issue with your order, please contact us first so we can help resolve it. Initiating a chargeback without contacting us may delay resolution and may result in order support being limited to the documentation process.

7. Accuracy of Information

7.1 Product Descriptions & Images
We aim to provide accurate product information and images. However, product photos are for illustration, and variations may occur due to screen settings and printing materials.

7.2 Corrections
We reserve the right to correct errors, inaccuracies, or omissions and to update information at any time without prior notice.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

• ProSurprise is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages (including lost profits) arising from use of the site or products.

• Our total liability for any claim will not exceed the amount you paid for the product(s) at issue.

Some states do not allow certain limitations, so these limitations may not apply to you.

9. Intellectual Property

All site content—including text, graphics, logos, layout, and designs—is owned by ProSurprise or licensed to us and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or exploit any site content without our written permission.

10. Governing Law
