Yes! We offer free shipping on orders over $50 within the United States.
Because our products are personalized, we don’t accept returns for design-related reasons.
However, if there’s a quality issue, please contact us and we’ll make it right.
Please note that the final printed result may look slightly different from how the photo appears on your phone or screen.
This can happen for several reasons, including:

Image cropping or aspect ratio adjustments

If needed, we make light adjustments to ensure the best possible result for your product.
Because our products are custom-made, orders can only be changed or canceled within a short time after purchase.

We check all photos for basic quality and cropping.
Minor adjustments may be made, but we don’t heavily edit or retouch images unless requested.
In most cases, the uploaded photo is printed as provided.
If a preview is required or if we have questions about your photo, we’ll contact you before production.
Our magnets are designed mainly for display and can hold light items, depending on the surface.
Please note that magnets only work on surfaces that are magnet-friendly.
Some modern refrigerators have special coatings or panels that do not attract magnets.
If your refrigerator is not magnetic, the magnets will still work perfectly on other metal surfaces such as:
microwaves
metal cabinets
filing cabinets
magnetic boards
Yes. Our magnets are safe for standard refrigerators and smooth metal surfaces.
We recommend avoiding delicate or antique surfaces.
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and include photos.
